Recently, we held our annual FORUM training event. We had around 100 participants and facilitators in attendance. We kicked off the weekend with a State of the Section speech, which was delivered by our Section Chief Alaina. On Saturday, we started with identifying strengths and weaknesses within the different lodges, and followed this up with some amazing trainings. Following this, there were opportunities for fellowship with games and a nature hike in the afternoon. During dinner, we held our yearly auction, and at the conclusion of dinner, we held our graduation ceremony, as well as the announcement of the OAHA Scholarship winners. We finished off the day with our CoC meeting and Lodge Assistance Program kick-off event. Finally, on Sunday morning, we held an interfaith service, followed by breakfast and a camp clean-up.
We would like to thank you all for coming out and learning how to strengthen not only the lodges in our section, but also our order as a whole. Special thank you goes out to our facilitators, staff, and kitchen crew for making this whole weekend possible. We can’t wait to see you at Conclave, May 16-18 @ Camp Falling Rock. Also, save the date for FORUM 2025, October 31- November 2, 2025 @ Camp Lazarus.
