Silver Arrowhead Award

THIS FORM TO BE FILLED OUT BY ANY ARROWMEN

The Silver Arrowhead Award is designed to recognize those Arrowmen who have rendered exemplary
service over a number of years to the Order of the Arrow on the Section level. The requirements of this award are few, and individual records of service will be used to select these Arrowmen, who will be recognized at Conclave.

BE DESCRIPTIVE. If someone truly is worthy of being recognized for this honor, you should be able to clearly write out a descriptive amount of detail about their accomplishments. The Committee needs to be able to read this and know all they need to know about the candidate; simply stating “for all they did for ###” as the entire description leaves much to know about the candidate and makes their nomination much less likely.

Requirements:
Must have given at least two years of exemplary service to the Section in a leadership or support role
(youth and adults are eligible). No more than four Arrowmen will be chosen per Section year; there must be, at minimum, a 1:1 youth-to-adult ratio of recipients chosen.
